What is the best way to support the Marfa Food Pantry?
How can we send money and or is there a food drive?
Thanks!

Hi Valerie,
Get hold of Elbert and/or Genevieve Bassham and they'll be happy to let you know how to help.

Yes, thank you!
I just spoke with Genevieve Bassham. She said to send monetary donations (checks) to: The Marfa Food Pantry, PO Box 819.
They also accept food donations, both fresh and canned foods. You can coordinate drop offs to their location at 1402 W. San Antonio St. (that's W. Hwy 90 next door to Convenience West BBQ) by calling Elbert Bassham at 432-295-2921.
If anyone reading this is a Marfa Group- Facebook user, it would be a big help to post this info there.
Happy Holidays!

I am in Seattle and heard the Marfa Food Pantry is in great need of support. I'd like to post a plea for help on my Facebook page, but I am afraid others will feel uncomfortable sending checks by mail. Would it be possible to set up an online donation link like the one martialist.org has?
If not, is it possible to donate to the Marfa Food Pantry c/o the West Texas Food Bank?
Or, donate to martialist.org with a request that it go to the Food Pantry?
