Chef Evelyn Garcia is Salvadorian and Mexican. So when she makes a Curry Puff the look might remind you of an empanada but the taste is what surprises.  It's one of a number of flavor-forward items on the menu for Breakfast and Lunch today (Thurs) and Tomorrow.  And it's a warm up for Saturday night's dinner.
