this sweet female gray cat/kitten (unsure of age) has been coming by for the last month on Highland just North of the courthouse, but suddenly her collar is gone as of this morning, and I am wondering if she is missing her owner? This photograph was taken the day before her collar went missing. If you believe you are the owner, I am at 9092569049.
