I’m a Property Manager here in Marfa with an exceptional eye for detail and customer service!
I have over 300+ reviews on Airbnb and more on VRBO. I have a high standard for cleanliness and guest appreciation which are reflected in my review ratings for all my properties which are all 4.93 or higher.
I have a fleet of cleaning staff that I work with on a daily basis to ensure standards of cleanliness are met. I have close relationships with House Maintenence, Contractors, Yard Maintenace, Pest Control, Installation Services and I personally have an advanced knowledge of Contracting and Design.
My services include: Guest Relations (Quick Responses Online and on-call for whatever needs a guest might have. Salutations and Concierge Services mostly online but providing guests with amenities or helping with HVAC, TV or whatever they may need during stay), Housekeeping Management (Working with cleaning staff to set and ensure standards organizing calendar with staff for cleanings), Yard Maintenance and Management (Organizing Design Installations and weekly/monthly Maintenance), Identifying needs throughout house (such as Checking Smoke Alarms, propane tanks, Inventory, Standard of Cleanliness, Problems, Dangers that should be addressed), Checking house same day a guest has checked out to ensure home is safe (ie. gas lines off, lights and electrical off, water off, stove electric or gas are off, doors are locked), receiving packages at property, checking mail boxes, Direct communication with home owner via email, text or call (Smart phone for video or Face-time/Zoom calls to view property at anytime), Organizing Online Booking Platforms calendars and keeping account up to date with photos, relevant and accurate descriptions, nightly rates, paying Occupancy taxes quarterly and so much more!
My fee for short-term rentals range between 15%-25% (of guest nightly rate) depending on what tier of Management you’re looking for and will be determined after figuring out what services work for you.
For long-term or “Empty” second homes depending on “Total Service” package rates start at $250/month.
How it works for short-term rental payments: as the Manager I receive payment directly from the platform, I pay cleaning staff, I pay myself (15-25% To be determined with owner at a fixed rate unless updated in writing) then I pay you, the owner. So it cost nothing out of pocket to you! You just sit back relax and get paid by me while I handle EVERYTHING else. There’s no extra charges- it’s very transparent. You have access to the online dashboard and will always know what you’re getting. Payouts are always transparent. I’m not here to steal or syphon your money. I’m all about honesty and integrity which is how I grow my business and build new customers.
