Looking for reliable, detail-oriented, property manager/cleaner for Airbnb that is consistently booked (2 spaces on same property)
MUSTS: Be available daily between 11-3 for cleaning turnovers Organized and pays attention to details Prioritizes cleanliness + safety Effective and clear communicator Available by phone consistently - able to help in case of lock outs and minor emergencies (these are rare + paid) Able to keep track of supplies and restock as needed
IDEAL: Experience in cleaning or customer service oriented roles Have smartphone to download app so you can see calendar updates in real time Vehicle to haul trash to dumpster
PAY: $40/cleaning, there are two spaces and you get paid $40/each space so some days $80/both Both spaces are small/simple (no kitchens) and should only take 2 hours Weekly average ~ 4-6 cleanings Potential for additional maintenance hours, pay is $20/hr Pays every week on Mondays via Venmo or PayPal
COVID SAFETY: Enhanced cleaning protocol and COVID safety is a priority! Current property manager will train you on safety and cleaning procedures Any protective equipment and cleaning supplies you need will be provided
BONUS: You are welcome to use new on site washer/dryer for your personal laundry when not in use for the rentals

I have over 300+ reviews on Airbnb and more on VRBO. I have a high standard for cleanliness and guest appreciation which are reflected in my review ratings for my properties which are all 4.93 or higher.
I don’t always clean properties but I have a fleet of staff that I work with on a daily basis to ensure standards are met. I inspect homes before guest check in and handle all of guest relations online. I charge between 15%-20% of nightly rate which comes from guest pay. How it works is- as the Manager I receive payment, I pay cleaning staff, I pay my 15-20% then I pay you the owner. So it’s completely hands free for you. And it cost nothing out of pocket to you! You just receive payment and I handle EVERYTHING else.
