Personal training is now offered at Saint George Fitness by longtime coach and trainer Greg Ramirez, with options for private and group sessions. Greg is a recent transplant from New York, where, alongside his career in the culinary realm, he founded the movement and fitness studio the Gun Club, which quickly garnered an eclectic and dedicated following along with coverage by the likes of The New Yorker and Urban Outfitters.
Greg's program is based on building functional strength and increasing mobility through integrative movement and strength training. Exercise protocols consist of a mix of dynamic stretching, mobility practice, and resistance training. You can check out his client testimonials here.

While subject to change, Greg's introductory rates per session are as follows:
Members: $25/person for groups of 3-8; $35/person for groups of 2; $55 for individual training.
Non-members: $35/person for groups of 3-8; $50/person for groups of 2; $75 for individual training.
