Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transition in and out of the asanas. Each class of the series will have a specific focus within the body. Each class of the series will have a specific focus that will flow through the movement method including heart-opening poses, balancing poses, hip openers, leg stabilizing poses, and core work.
