Fenster has selected a slate of films that span the genre, from classic to more revisionist and unconventional examples. The workshop will examine the Western's relationship to American identity and life in Marfa. Participants will watch films throughout the day and discuss civilization, wilderness and freedom in the context of cinema and our lives.
This free workshop begins at 8:30 am and ends around 5:30 pm. Enrollment is limited and lunch is provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 432.729.4362 for details.
