I can't claim to be a plant doctor but I would imagine those lovely "tropical" plants are suffering from shock. Were they out during the cold and wind storm? I think your best bet is to bring them in if there is room in a sunny window and mist them daily. You might need to replace your outside plants with something that is more suitable to our climate. How about some big tubs of lovely grasses. Just sayin.....
